                      At this time he was given the GCT (General Classifications 
                      Test) for abilities and general intelligence and scored 
                      so highly that he was chosen to accompany the bunch of new 
                      Marine recruits to San Diego for training. When he arrived 
                      in Marine Recruiting Depot in San Diego, he was informed 
                      that he had achieved the third highest ever score on that 
                      test that had ever been recorded in San Diego. |
