 Pete,
"the perpetual plebe" as Mrs. Barth once called him, is one of the "ole men" in
our class. He graduated from college with a commission and degree before returning
to his birthplace as a cadet. A son of the thundering herd of '24, he inherited
his love of the Artillery and sleep from his father. Pete's consistency is sure
to make him a success.

 From
the 30th Anniversary Book:
Upon graduation I was assigned to Ft Carson,
Colorado. Subsequent assignments included Hawaii, Vietnam (2 tours), Ft Gordon,
New Cumberland Army Depot, Denmark, and retirement at Fort Huachuca in 1979.

 From
the 50th Anniversary Book:
After leaving the Army, I worked for a major
company in the telecommunications industry and lived in the San Francisco Bay
Area.

Just before moving to the East Coast, I earned my Stock Brokers license.
Stocks and bonds have always been of great interest to me as well as Financial
Planning, which is one of my biggest strengths.

 My son Peter Steven enjoys
Connecticut and although very familiar with West Point (we live about 45 miles
away), he has his eye on the Air Force Academy.

Rosie and I plan to retire
permanently in California, when the time is right.
